Andy cooks on site and serves guests directly from the trailer, with disposable street-food trays and cutlery. We clear and tidy our cooking area afterwards; your venue or organiser handles rubbish disposal.
For additional front-of-house staff, bar staff or hired crockery, we can put you in touch with a separate company. These extras are arranged and billed separately.
Minimum food spend: £1,000. A separate £200 on-site fee applies to all on-site cooking, plus applicable travel charges. The fee includes up to two hours of food service. Allow at least three hours before service for setup and one to two hours afterwards for clearing down—usually around seven hours on site in total. Longer service is agreed with Andy.
We need a 3 × 3 metre cooking space, plus room and access for the trailer and van. Two electrical sockets on separate circuits are essential. Tell us about water access and the venue layout when you enquire.
Please tell Andy about allergies and dietary requirements before booking. Detailed allergen information is available on request. Discuss your chosen dishes with Andy so we can confirm their suitability before you order.
Two weeks’ notice is preferred. For shorter-notice bookings, contact Andy to check availability. A 25% deposit secures your booking. Full booking, travel and venue details are on our menu page.
Firm quotes are available up to six months before your event. Planning further ahead? Get in touch to discuss your date.
